Waiting On Warm Weather - February - April 2026
Waiting on Warm Weather is a 20-minute coming of age drama that follows Madeline, a teenage girl, as she learns to adapt to life after having developed a disability, getting help from a new found friendship with Jamie.
I co-wrote, directed, and acted in this project requiring me to take on many different roles, balancing my responsibilities while maintaining an entertaining and compelling performance.
As a writer I wanted to ensure that I portrayed accurate representation of what it is like to live with a disability and made it as universal as possible without loosing accuracy. I decided to use verbatim quotes of disabled people. To do this, reached out to people and asked them to answer questions that would allow me to integrated them into my script writing.

Axel is a 15-minute scripted drama focusing on a defiant 18-year-old who has to face the consequences of his actions after having committed a break-in. I worked in a group of 15 other people to develop and create the film. I co-wrote the narrative and script supervised on set to maintain continuity.
